Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a General Accounting function
  • Experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare-related industry is required
  • Proficient knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
  • Experience in month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Preferred experience with Workday Financial Management, Blackline, and EPIC EHR systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across department
  • Will change to Hybrid Set-up
  • Night Shift not permanent and will change to Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support to the Accounting Supervisor in month-end close activities and account analysis
  • Prepare detailed account analyses, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and budget vs. actual reports
  • Communicate unusual or prior-period activity impacting financials to the supervisor in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute month-end reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations, investigate variances, and coordinate with third parties for resolution
  • Ensure timely resolution of reconciling items within 90 days
  • Balance accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger daily, resolving variances as needed
  • Support audit processes by preparing schedules, reports, and detailed analyses
  • Assist in staff training and review journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with stateside and market teams regarding accruals and upcoming transactions
  • Act as a "Super User" for core financial systems, supporting process improvement initiatives and policy standardization
  • Provide backup support to Staff Accountants and the Accounting Supervisor as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php65,000.00 per month
