Job Title: Social Media & Content Engagement Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: $6–$7 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Position Overview:

Are you creative, analytical, and deeply in tune with digital trends? We are looking for a Social Media & Content Engagement Manager who can help drive meaningful interaction and revenue across our digital channels. You'll be responsible for crafting content strategies, creating and scheduling engaging material, monitoring platform trends, and evaluating performance through data. If you enjoy the mix of content creation, platform analytics, and brand development — this role could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with broader growth and engagement objectives

  • Identify and understand target audience segments to ensure content speaks directly to their interests- Create engaging and impactful written and visual content that encourages interaction and supports revenue generation

  • Maintain and organize a consistent posting schedule using a content calendar across all major social platforms

  • Queue and manage content in advance to ensure ongoing brand visibility and audience engagement

  • Stay current with trends, updates, and best practices across relevant platforms to keep content optimized and effective

  • Tailor material for each platform to increase visibility, engagement, and platform-specific reach

  • Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance on a routine basis

  • Generate reports and provide insights to guide future strategy and improve effectiveness

  • Continuously refine tactics based on data, platform changes, and audience behavior

  • And other tasks that may be assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media or digital content campaigns

  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital content, audience interaction, and social media trends

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working with scheduling tools, content design apps, and reporting dashboards

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to align with team-wide goals and systems

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment

  • Problem-solver who takes initiative in finding creative solutions to drive impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php450.00 per hour
