About Us:

We run two growing businesses – a Cleaning Company and an Automotive Service Business. We believe in doing things right and are looking for a reliable, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence.

This is not a role for someone looking to just post generic AI-generated content. We need someone who takes their work seriously, uses data to make decisions, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
  • Regularly review Facebook and Instagram analytics – understand what's working and what isn't
  • Create and post engaging, relevant content for both businesses
  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Use your creativity to keep our pages fresh, professional, and engaging
  • Plan and execute campaigns or promotions with us
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing small business social media accounts
  • Understands analytics and how to use insights to improve content
  • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and takes initiative
  • Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Has integrity and pride in doing quality work

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with service-based businesses like cleaning or auto services
