Work Arrangement: 1-month Onsite training; eventually HYBRID
Work Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST /EDT or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all workstations are updated with the latest security patches and verifying that applications and software updates are installed successfully.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance to IT systems as per documented processes.
- Review monitoring alerts and action according to processes.
- Document and log all actions into ticketing system.
- Provide escalation (as required) to Level 2.
- Liaise with support team and shift management to prioritize jobs.
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Complete all vendor trainings and certifications that are assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- EDR
- Remote installing/uninstalling applications using RMM (N-Able)
- View event logs to verify action effectiveness
- Patch management – Knowledge of Windows updates
- Scripting, coding on Windows environment (Powershell or other scripting language)
Nice-to-have Skills and Experiences:
- Understanding of N-Able technologies
- Understanding of SentinelOne
