Job description

  1. Maintains and prepares an accurate inventory of all office and tool supplies being handled to ensure that supplies are always available when requested by appropriate departments or operating units.

  2. Prepares requests for office and tool supplies which are below stock keeping units (SKU) for replenishment and purchase until the next distribution schedule.

  3. Releases office and tool supplies on a regular schedule as well as during emergency requests from departments or operating units.

  4. Answers telephone calls, inquiries and transfers calls to appropriate employees as requested by the caller.

  5. Courteously assists and endorses the visitors, guests, clients, suppliers and applicants to the appropriate employee.

  6. Ensures that the conference room and meeting rooms are cleaned after every use by coordinating the cleanliness with the officer janitor.

  7. Responsible in scheduling vehicles either in service to employees or service for pre-works and engineering.

  8. Proactively monitor the company's fleet monitoring tracker and/or GPS for any inconsistencies with the vehicle's movements outside the prohibited working hours.

  9. Coordinates with GPS and fleet service partner for any concerns related to the equipment.

  10. Receives and check employee's itinerary and make computation of their Gas Budget Amount to be reflected on its corresponding fleet card.

  11. Closely monitor fleet order and manage allocation using Shell Portal.

  12. Check and compile all Gas Receipts submitted by driver/custodian and attached to the Sales Invoice from Shell Portal and prepares Request for Payment to be submitted to Accounting Department for payment processing.

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course.

  2. With at least 1 year work experience as Admin.

  3. Highly organized / Keen to details.

  4. Strong sense of initiative.

  5. Amenable to work in Marikina.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
