Qualifications & experience

  • College Graduate Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in basic computer skills
  • An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances Knowledge of the salon industry is a plus

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greet clients as they enter the salon Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon Assist stylists and other salon staff as needed
  • Process payments and manage cash register Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
