Are you passionate about beauty, style, working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Azta Urban Salon, a leading name in the hair and beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salon Cashier/Receptionist to lead one of our 14 branches to success.

BRANCH ALLOCATION: SM North, Vertis North, Eastwood City and Arcovia, Pasig

Key Responsibilities - Store Reliever

  • You will serve as the reliever at all North branches when the cashier at a specific branch is on their rest day or planned leave.
  • Support the Salon Manager in Overseeing the daily operations while ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Mostly handling customer reception and customer concerns.
  • Direct branch employees and assists the manager in administrative functions of needed.
  • Processes all sales transactions and cash management flow.
  • Assist the Salon Manager in managing inventory, and control expenses for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage clients appointment schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred but undergraduate are also welcome to apply).
  • Experience as a Cashier/Reception is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for creating memorable sensory experiences.
  • Goal-driven and has a strong determination to improve and excel.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative and management software tools.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Can multitask.
