Key Responsibilities
Client Services:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
Alert salon personnel when clients arrive and assist with any inquiries they may have.
Scheduling and Administration:
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and reminders through phone calls, emails, and text messages
Maintain client records and perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Financial Management:
Process client payments using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts and keep accurate records of all transactions.
Operations and Organization:
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, tidy, and professionally presentable.
Manage inventory, ensure supplies are adequately stocked, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Respond to emails and inquiries
Sales and Support:
Provide information about current services, promotions, and products.
Upsell services and products to clients when appropriate.
Support for Staff:
- Assist salon personnel and other salon staff with administrative tasks as needed.
