Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • PRC license is a must.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Industrial maintenance or manufacturing plant handling equipment maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance best practices.
  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible in ensuring compliance of the manufacturing facility to regulatory and industry standard.
  • To provide adequate support to Production timely delivery of products through an effective preventive and corrective maintenance program.
  • Ensure good working condition of all facilities and process equipment through the proper implementation of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities in the plant.
  • Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of all machineries and equipment to ensure availability at all times.
