About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team at Electrokonstruct Construction & Engineering Maintenance' in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning units across our various residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Install, service and repair a variety of air conditioning systems, including split-type, window-type and central air conditioning units
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, and perform necessary repairs or replacement of components
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, filter changes, and refrigerant top-ups
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in the HVAC system
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and refrigeration principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration is an advantage
