Job Summary:

  • The Brand Associate supports the brand team in delivering consistent, engaging customer experiences that reflect the company's identity and values. This role assists with marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, social media content, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, detailed-oriented, and passionate about design and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels

  • Help maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging in showrooms, online platforms, and promotional materials

  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns, including coordinating photoshoots and content creation

  • Contribute to social media content planning and posting

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform brand activities

  • Assist with event planning, pop-ups, and collaborations

  • Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and design teams to ensure brand alignment

  • Track and report on campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

  • At least 1 year of marketing, retail, or brand support experience

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)

  • Interest in design, furniture, or lifestyle products is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
