Job Summary:

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to support the execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure all brand activities are consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Support the planning and execution of brand strategies to strengthen positioning and awareness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, retail stores, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct regular store visits to review brand presence, merchandising compliance, and visibility.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations with the Marketing team.
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and agencies for collaterals, events, and promotional items.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Product & Sales Support

  • Assist in product lifecycle management, including launches, pricing, and stock monitoring.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to support product improvements and innovation.
  • Work with Sales teams to drive performance and develop promotional strategies based on sales data.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys and research to generate actionable insights for brand development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
