Human Resource Officer

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting the overall HR functions of the organization, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and effectively to support the company's strategic objectives. The HR officer also serves as a key point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and other personnel-related documentation.
- Administer and monitor compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave management processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement.
- Review, recommend, and draft revisions or updates to company policies, internal guidelines, and HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports, proposals, and communications for management review and decision-making.
- Oversee employee engagement programs, training activities, and company-wide events to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent resolution in coordination with management and relevant departments.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or officer-level role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR practices, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements.
- Willing to work 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH
