ECE Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate, play-based activities for young children yo.)
• Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging sessions
• Foster a classroom atmosphere of respect, curiosity, and creativity
• Encourage independence and build positive relationships with each child
• Document observations and communicate progress with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with the teaching team in day-to-day routines and school programs
• Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Has a genuine love for children and consistently nurtures their growth with patience, empathy, and encouragement.
• Be willing to work on Saturdays, as playschool sessions are held on Saturdays.
• Assist with basic admin tasks as needed, such as organizing materials, sending reports thru communication platforms, utilized Google Suites, and supporting school events

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Early Childhood Education.
• A professional teaching license is required.
• Preferably with experience working with young children (aged 1-5 yo.).
• Must be patient, creative, and have a genuine love for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Willing to work on Saturdays for scheduled playschool sessions
• Computer literacy (Social media inquiries, Google Suites, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Early childhood education: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Professional Teacher (Preferred)
