Job Description
As a Junior Accountant, you'll play a vital role in reconciling CAM portfolios, preparing financial statements, and supporting accounting operations across multiple divisions. You'll collaborate with international teams, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to high-level financial management in a thriving property management setting.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 1-3 years business accounting experience
- Excellent English-language communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is a plus
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
- High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality results
- Can easily build rapport with team members, other staff, clients, and service
Your Daily Tasks
- Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Summarize current financial status of the division by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- Review monthly financial statements for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Handle direct financial reporting for a portfolio of community condo and homeowners' associations
- Reconcile and report on related CAM and corporate accounts
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Support budget and forecasting activities
- Assist in the onboarding of new community associations
- Answer accounting procedure questions
- Assist in continuous improvements to internal processes of both accounting and operations
