Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business performance through accurate financial insights, payroll processing, and accounting support across key teams including Admin, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial planning, budgeting, and petty cash funds
  • Prepare sales performance, profit margins and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and conduct timely tax filing
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and customer transactions
  • Assist payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (required)
  • 1 to 2 year experience in accounting, preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge in BIR forms, tax filing, and accounting systems
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software tools
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Work Setup
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Location: Onsite at BF Homes, Parañaque
  • Hybrid after 3 months
