Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Bacolod in the role of Account Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships with EastWest Stores to grow Consumer Loan Businessesincluding Auto Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans. You will implement sales acquisition activities, drive strong pipeline generation, oversee Store Sales Officers, and ensure applications are processed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).

What the role will entail

  • Establish strategic alliances and optimize relationships with EastWest Stores to grow Consumer Loan Businesses

  • Conduct various sales acquisition programs in partnership with Stores to strengthen their role as a major acquisition channel

  • Formulate and execute sales and acquisition strategies that contribute to achieving the Banks Net Income targets

  • Oversee development, monitor performance, and track productivity of Store Sales Officers

  • Launch and implement sales acquisition activities in coordination with Stores

  • Coordinate with Stores and other internal units to ensure applications are processed within agreed TAT

  • Build strong Store relationships through regular visitations, sales clinics, and sales rallies to reinforce sales strategies

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or related fields from a reputable school

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a financial institution; banking experience is an advantage but not required

  • Self-starter with strong sales background (preferred)

  • Customer-centric with strong critical and analytical thinking skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
