Job Description: Encoder (Sales Platforms)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder to join our team. The Encoder will be responsible for accurately and efficiently encoding sales transactions from our e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada) into our system. The ideal candidate should have a basic background in accounting to ensure proper recording, reconciliation, and accuracy of sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Encode daily sales transactions from TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada into the company's records/system.

· Verify the accuracy and completeness of encoded data against platform reports.

· Ensure proper categorization of sales entries in accordance with basic accounting standards.

· Assist in reconciling sales records with payment settlements and reports from each platform.

· Generate basic sales reports for monitoring and decision-making purposes.

· Coordinate with the Accounting/Finance team for any discrepancies, adjustments, or missing entries.

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any business, finance, or accounting-related course (preferred but not required).

· At least 1 year of work experience in data encoding or a similar role; exposure to e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

· Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
