Telesales Representative

Responsible for managing and generating pre-owned clients from digital/online platform and increase response rate to ensure clients are serviced immediately with their concerns through but not limited to Facebook.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Handle all inquiries and concerns on Messaging and Comment section of Pre-Owned Facebook Page.
• Make customers aware of the pre-owned motorcycle unit for disposal
• Generate leads or opportunities based on posts from Facebook and other digital/online platform
• Provide excellent customer service by quickly responding on the inquiries of the interested clients.
• Ensure client will answer the Google Application Form, generate forms every end of day and assign to the nearest branch location
• Coordination with sales representatives at the branches and perform monitoring in the call status of the assigned leads per branch.
• Ensure client will call or go to the nearest branch if in case the client did not fill out the Google Application Form.
• Convert all leads to closure and delivery of sales.
• Ask and assist clients to be a KASAMO Partner and refer leads.
• Provide daily report on the following: Daily Response Rate, No. of Leads (Answered and Pending) in Messaging and Comment section, Response, Closure, and Delivery report, Market Insights (Common client concerns, most demanded product, etc), Coordination with Marketing Communications Department for projects and programs, & Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in automotive and/or financial services.
• Experience in loan processing is an advantage, specifically in Motorcycle Loans.
• Experience customer relations is a plus.
• Education: Preferably a graduate of 4 years business course

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
