Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide information about menu, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure smooth flow of guests.
  • Handle payments or assist with billing inquiries when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/host area.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any degree.
  • With experience in hospitality, Food and Beverages, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
