JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Management System Officer is responsible for organizing, creating, and maintaining the company's processes, policies, and documentation across all departments. This role ensures that workflows are efficient, standardized, and aligned with business objectives, as well as supports the company's compliance with ISO and other quality standards.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in business process management, documentation, or organizational development.
  • Preferably with experience in the construction industry or project-based companies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or other Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an advantage.
  • Skilled in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, process workflows, and document control systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and flowcharting tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with multiple departments.
  • Able to lead process improvement initiatives and promote compliance across teams.
