Responsibilities

  • Manage preparation for inbound deliveries, including space, equipment, and manpower.
  • Supervise the accurate and documented receiving of goods, ensuring all items are in good condition.
  • Inspect physical and packaging condition of products; report discrepancies and damages.
  • Oversee proper storage of products, following categorization and FIFO principles.
  • Ensure accurate picking and dispatch of goods based on documentation and client requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse through scheduled cleanups.
  • Operate forklifts when needed and ensure equipment is regularly serviced and well-maintained.
  • Monitor the issuance and return of tools and equipment used by field personnel.
  • Implement and update inventory systems, conduct regular audits, and enforce warehouse security protocols.
  • Submit inventory reports to clients as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
