We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who will take charge of documenting and maintaining our HACCP and Food Safety Standards. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptive, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain documentation related to HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Prepare and organize records for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Support the QA team in monitoring food safety processes and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist during customer and third-party audits.
  • Ensure proper filing, accuracy, and confidentiality of quality assurance records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
