Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in General Santos. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find their ideal properties. The role includes tasks such as conducting property showings, negotiating sales, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
  • Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate regulations
  • Sales expertise with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Familiarity with the General Santos real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
