This is a remote position. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the U.S. Real Estate industry to lead the sourcing and hiring of Vice President-level executives and senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate is a highly driven recruiter with a deep understanding of real estate operations, leadership dynamics, and U.S. market trends. You will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, from strategic sourcing and outreach to managing the candidate experience and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Source and attract top-tier VP-level and senior leadership candidates across the U.S. real estate sector, including roles in property management, development, acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and operations. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and industry-specific platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of high-caliber real estate professionals and executives. Conduct initial screenings and competency assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and executive leadership to define role requirements and refine search strategies. Manage full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers. Stay updated on real estate market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movements within the U.S. industry. Maintain detailed and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Represent the company professionally to all candidates and stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of recruitment experience , with at least 3 years specializing in the U.S. real estate industry (commercial, residential, or mixed-use). Proven success in executive-level recruitment (VP, Director, or C-Suite roles). Strong familiarity with U.S. real estate companies, roles, and market structures. Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with U.S. time zones. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for brokerage, investment, or development firms. Working knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Bullhorn, or similar).
