B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Racing Boy (RCB), UMA Racing, and Solfili in the Philippines — leading brands in motorcycle parts and performance accessories.

We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Communications Executive who will manage and strengthen the company's online presence across social media platforms. This role plays a key part in building brand engagement, creating compelling content, and supporting digital campaigns that connect with the motorcycle community.

This position requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong brand voice.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Research current digital trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Support influencer partnerships and online brand collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience engagement.
  • Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and other digital tools.
  • Basic design and editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Passion for motorcycles, automotive culture, or lifestyle branding is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
