JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance inspection / repairs of boiler.

Normal Daily Duties

  1. Operates and conduct routine inspection on boiler.

  2. Repair and maintain boiler (trouble shooting).

  3. Determine and establish lead-time and order quantities of Fuel base on Reg consumption.

  4. Submit accomplishment and inspection reports.

  5. Maintain required operating steam Pressure of the Boiler

  6. Perform safe and periodic blow down

  7. Assures Boiler water high and low level cut off and assures pump automation

for water replenishment.

  1. Report and advise all Boiler abnormalities and fuel consumption.

  2. Maintenance support for Preventive and corrective Maintenance.

  3. Power and Fuel consumption reading in per shift basis.

  4. Received and acknowledge and check Fuel deliveries

  5. Assures operation and consistent supply of compressed air.

Periodic Duties

  1. PMS- Preventive Maintenance.

Occasional Duties

  1. Perform other duties that may be assigned to him or required by the job.

BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or vocational course preferably Electronics / Electrical/ Mechanical Tech.
  • 2 - 3 yearswork related experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
