Extruder Operator

EXTRUDER OPERATOR HELPER is responsible to assist the operation of extruder machines /equipment to produce required aqua floating feeds of the right quality / quantity / types. He will serve as back up and reliever for the operator.

Normal Daily Duties

1. Operates Extruder Machine and assures to produce acceptable physical and chemical quality. (passed: L and D, CP and MC's.)…Helper can also operate with the

presence and direction coming from operator and Sup.

1. Operates computerize control panel and monitors operating performance of the

machine; feeding, water inclusion, steam inclusion and Temperature.

(Operates with the presence of regular machine optr) and Sup.)

1. Operates Extruder Machine and monitors performance to produce collet forms and monitors quality of feeds output and ensures maximum production capacity.

2. Checks and assures all vibro sifter screens per feed type to schedules to assures

meet fines quality and acceptable size uniformity .

1. Assures to utilize the right and acceptable die size per SKU's/ Number of Knives

to install.

1. Maintains acceptable (maximum) feeding rate to meet better efficiency.

2. Cleans work area and reports any malfunction / breakdown of said equipment, assists in repair of same.

3. Prepares and submits daily performance and turnover reports.

4. Monitor quality after extruder barrel and Mechanical Dryer.

5. Assures to turn over all parameters, SKU, and other operating parameters

to the next shift.

1. Perform other duties as advise and directed by Extruder Optr /Perform prdn .trials.

2. Join the Team Maintenance in the PMS.

Periodic Duties

1. Conducts preventive maintenance of assigned machine and equipment.

Occasional Duties

1. Trouble shooting of machine breakdown.

2. Performs other duties that may be assigned or required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Vocational course or High school Grad.
• At least one year experience in related work.
