
Finance Administration Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative assistance and messengerial tasks for the assigned department/group related to rendering assistance to employee-related activities and events, requests vehicle rentals and processes finance- related activities (e.g. RFPs, PRs, POs, etc.)
- Facilitates filing and payments of statutory obligations on time to ensure no penalty incurred
- Meets internal standard of delivery or pick up of documents to or from banks and other offices
- Assists in facilitating renewal of business permits on time, ensures no penalty · Assists transactions on insurance claims, renewal or requirements
- Assists in routing of documents for signature
- Assists on filing of employee loans, claims, complaints and other personnel concerns.
- Assists employees for updates of information, new registration and other related matters.
- Assists on canvassing and scouting of logistics
- Assists employees in the request for vehicle rentals
- Assists employees in arranging travel logistics such as booking of flights, hotels, etc.
- Assists in organizing/scheduling of meetings (e.g. QB, BU LT, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Office Administration, Business Administration or any related course
- Must have at least 1-2-year experience on personnel administrative work knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
- Must be highly organized, able to multitask and can work under pressure
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Must be proactive and able to work independently or with a team
