The Information Technology Technical Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company's IT computer hardware, network and cloud resources by ensuring that they are always available and functional at optimum levels.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree of Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent.
  • With at least 5 years of experience of backend development (C#, MySQL, NoSQL, ASP.NET Core).
  • Highly skilled with Amazon Web Services especially EC2, S3, and IAM.
  • Highly skilled in the administration of HP servers with Windows Server Operating System in CISCO environment, and all facets of networking
  • Advance knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, troubleshooting, system maintenance, firewall, operating systems and strong technical abilities.
  • Experience in a related role requiring confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and working independently to successfully install, configure, maintain, and support Windows and/or Mac desktop operating systems, network protocols and administration.
  • Familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: Amazon Web Services, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, OSX 10.x, Ubuntu, Microsoft Office, Browsers, Local Account Management, Scripting, Installs and removals, Registry, Command line, Help ticket system, System Management Tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
