Finance and Executive Assistant

Overview Position: Finance and Executive Assistant Location: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Nightshift Responsibilities Finance Responsibilities Process billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups Track expenses and maintain accurate records of receipts and reimbursements Conduct data analysis to support financial planning and decision-making Assist with financial projects, forecasting, and reporting Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems Collaborate with accountants and auditors during annual audits Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports Support audits, tax filings, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations Account Payable and Receivable Executive Assistant Responsibilities Manage executive email inboxes, flagging priorities and tracking responses Answer phones and provide professional customer service support Handle confidential executive and financial information with discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 1+ year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management (preferred but not required; we'll train the right candidate) Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations (preferred but not required) Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines Key Competencies Strong analytical and financial skills Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities Customer service mindset About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
