About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and sales-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact between our partner companies and potential clients—initiating quality conversations, identifying needs, and connecting qualified opportunities to the sales team.

You'll also use our AI-guided sales platform to ensure every conversation is effective, engaging, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 300–700 outbound calls per day using various dialers and CRM systems.
• Engage with leads from multiple sources (credit triggers, aged leads, paid lists, etc.).
• Use AI-powered scripts and call guidance tools to manage conversations effectively.
• Qualify leads by understanding their goals and readiness to proceed.
• Transfer high-quality, engaged leads to internal sales teams in real time.
• Handle objections professionally and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Maintain accurate call notes, statuses, and next steps in CRM systems.
• Adapt to different client campaigns, systems, and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound sales or call center experience (mortgage, insurance, or financial services preferred).
• Proven ability to convert cold or warm leads into qualified opportunities.
• Experience using CRMs (e.g., Velocify, Salesforce, HubSpot) and dialer tools.
• Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed daily goals.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Outbound Calls: 300–700 per day (based on platform).
• Transfer Rate: 3–5% of calls result in a live, qualified transfer.
• Close Rate: 15% of transferred leads converted by the client's sales team.
• CRM Accuracy: 100% call documentation compliance.
• Call Quality: Measured via audits and feedback.
