JOB SUMMARY:

Aid and learn sales process by completing training assignments and rotations in sales and operations department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales and operations department;
  • Learns sales process by completing training program;
  • Observes sales process by traveling with In-House Account Sales Representatives in attending clients, meeting, site visit, ocular inspections and others;
  • Practice sales process by attending call-ins or walk-ins clients;
  • Learns how to read plans (floor plans, schedules and elevations);
  • Learns to interpret the technical aspect of the product like the shop drawings;
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
  • Provide assistance in every aspect in Sales Operations Department; and
  • Conduct other responsibilities may assigned by the immediate manager/head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's /College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Filipino
  • Preferably less than a year experience in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • With good planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Good interpersonal/social skills and sound judgement.
  • Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Possesses the skills to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
