Job Title

Lead Talent Acquisition and Benefits Specialist

Talent acquisition and benefits administration are critical components of any organization's human capital strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition plan to attract top talent in managerial and professional roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address recruitment challenges, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on complex HR and benefits issues, including employee relations, compliance, and terminations.
Benefits Administration
  • Configure and maintain electronic benefits enrollment platforms, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Manage data file feeds and integrations with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators, maintaining high-quality data integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain ACA compliance reporting, including 1095-C form generation and IRS e-filing, adhering to regulatory requirements.
System and Project Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or data discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal teams, prioritizing issue resolution.
  • Spearhead benefits-related projects, including online enrollment, ACA compliance, and data imports/exports, driving process improvements.

Partner with leadership to execute HR and benefits strategies, aligning with business objectives and goals. Develop and implement learning and development programs for team members, fostering growth and excellence.
