REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance or any related field.
- Background in administration, sales, procurement, design-related operations or BPO preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal Ability to forge strong working relationships with counterparts, stakeholders, and employees at different levels.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and directed.
- Willingness and ability to learn the technical and operational aspects of Studio West's services and processes.
- Demonstrates Studio West's six corporate values (Accountability and Integrity, Promote Collaboration, Excellence, Best People, Creative Thinking, Can Do Attitude).
Here's what you'll be doing at work:
- Assists team supervisor or operations manager in setting the overall direction and structure of the Account Coordinator team.
- Oversee the completion of tasks and deliverables specific to the teams handled, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Manage capacity for each team member. Tracks team's capacity and utilization.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in reviewing and processing complex or non-standard deliverables.
- Ensures the team delivers excellent customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations through responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Collaborate with counterparts to address escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and consolidate client feedback reports from completed projects, analyze trends, and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
- Implement process enhancements and quality improvement plans based on client feedback and performance data.
- Oversee the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal project standards and workflows to uphold quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular coaching and mentoring to team members. Manages individual team members' performance. Cascades critical knowledge and skills to team and escalates important issues to Sales Support Manager.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
