  • Infrastructure Team involves in physical aspect such servers and switches, they also involves in maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting the servers.
  • Infrastructure Team responsible in maintaining, updating and troubleshooting of the cloud network.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and any related field.
  • Professional-Level of Network Certifications.

Technical Experience:

  • Knowledgeable in Linux Server, Windows Servers, Server troubleshooting, and have strong background on networking (Routing and Switch)
  • Expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and container orchestration (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning/principles.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and similar Cloud Platform.
  • Basic understanding with conternization technologies like Docker and Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Computing Platform like AWS, MS Azure, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and etc.
  • Experience in Platform Cloud like Mulesoft, SalesForce, IBM Cloud, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
