Social Officer

The Social Officer ensures the company's commitment to social sustainability by promoting fair labor practices, diversity, human rights, and community engagement. The role supports ESG goals by embedding ethical and people-centered practices across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold labor standards, human rights, and fair employment while supporting employee well-being and ensuring ethical sourcing and supplier practices.
- Lead community engagement and CSR programs.
- Monitor and report social sustainability performance in line with ESG standards.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate social responsibility into business practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, human rights, and diversity practices.
- Experience in CSR, ESG, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to report in BGC, Taguig and travel nationwide (plant visits) as needed.
