Work schedule: 10AM to 6PM Manila time when in the office, 3PM to 12AM when remote

Pay range:Php 60,000 to Php 81,000

We are looking for an Automation Test Analyst to join our Automation Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to gather process and change requirements (functional & non-functional), create suitable documentation for developers in the form of Process Design Documents (PDD) / wireframes / data requirements, create test scenarios and test scripts to aid the testing of development before business users start UAT.

What will you do as an Automation Test Analyst?

As an Automation Test Analyst, you will:

• Deliver new automation opportunities and support issue resolution on the production estate.
• Use your technical expertise in automation platforms to enable successful change initiatives.
• Collaborate with global team members in the UK, Manila, and India.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

• Appian & BPM Development: 2–3 years of proven experience in development using the Appian platform or similar BPM platforms.
• RPA Expertise: Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA platforms.
• Requirements Gathering: Skilled in requirements elicitation with the confidence to ask probing questions when needed.
• Quality & Testing: Strong understanding of Quality and Test Assurance principles and processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Comfortable working with stakeholders to define testing scenarios and support UAT with the business when required.
• Agile Practices: Proficient in Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Adaptability & Improvement: Enjoys responding to evolving challenges and takes initiative in improving team processes.
