  • TECHNICAL SKILLS EXPERTISE


• Strong understanding of common SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, Agile / Scrum

• Familiarity with the use of JIRA for test execution and Defect management  or similar testing/defect tracking tool

For PT/Automation:

• Experience in Automated Testing SELENIUM (and other similar tools) including the different automation framework like Data driven, Keyword driven, Hybrid, BPT, etc.

• Preferred to have experience in using  HP LoadRunner / Jmeter (and other similar tools) for performance testing

• Has the ff experience and understanding on these ff technologies

·       Cucumber Framework

·       Spring boot

·       Good to have understanding on the use of Healenium (Self-healing AI)

·       Integration of Testing Framework to Test Management Tools (JIRA)

·       Has experience in automation testing for the ff domains: Web, API (REST & SOAP), Document/Letter Validation

·       Good to have understanding on Data validation and Mainframe application

· yrs. Experience in Java Programming Language (or any OOP relative programming languages)

·       Good to have understanding on ff scripting tools

o   Bash/Shell

o   GOSU scripting for SC

·       Has understanding on Cloud technologies and Platform (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP etc)

·       Has ability on SQL queries, triggers and use of different SQL Development platforms


• Experience in the overall flow of PT processes and assessment on PT results


• Understand the uses of the ff terminologies in PT (DR, LB and HA)

WORK EXPERIENCE


• At least 6-7 years of experience in software testing – solid experience in Test Creation and Test Execution. Has solid experience of SDLC process, and can adapt on Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall processes

• Required to have 4-5 years of Automation experience, preferred to have PT experience, assessment knowledge and processes.

• Detail oriented and Focused on Task

• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

• Insurance industry expertise or finance related industries preferred (not mandatory)

• Ability to structure own or other's activities to improve productivity or minimize delays/rework

• Operational knowledge of IT Systems, software engineering lifecycles and software testing lifecycle management

• Familiar with the test types and techniques applicable to functional testing

• Demonstrate solid skills and experience with test automation and respective tools

• Demonstrate solid skills and experience with test data management and respective tool capabilities

• Experienced with planning and execution of performance and automation testing

• Intimate knowledge of the application being automated to resolve complex automation challenges that arise

• Has a can do attitude to lead & manage members

• Has the time to manage a weekly brownbag session for the team's continuous upskilling

• Working experience on managing over 5 resources
