Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide real-time support to a business owner. This role involves joining live calls to take dictation, assisting with communications while traveling, and helping to keep daily tasks and priorities organized.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays, is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Join live calls to take dictation and detailed notes
- Read emails, text messages, and other correspondence aloud during travel times
- Track to-dos, reminders, and important follow-ups to keep the owner organized
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and administrative files
- Provide light administrative support as needed, such as scheduling and reminders
- Excellent English and strong active listening skills
- Highly responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in real-time, fast-paced situations
- Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Gmail, and related tools)
- Prior experience supporting executives or business owners is a plus
- Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays is a plus
