This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervising and coordinate activities of F&B staff including waiters, bartenders, public attendants and pool attendants.

  • Effective placement, training, management, and motivation of F&B Staff in ways that generate high productivity, retention, and morale.

  • Successfully execute, deliver, and meet guest expectations on all food, beverage, and banquet positions.

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures and service standards.

  • Training, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating F&B team members.

  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and implement department and company policies and procedures.

  • Delegates duties within the staff and make sure each one is following their roles and responsibilities.

  • Oversee cleanliness and proper set-up of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.

  • Monitoring inventory and placing orders for food, beverages and other supplies

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Conduct daily briefings and communicate important service details.

  • Support the management in achieving revenue and cost control targets

  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service

  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with various administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, and with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in inventory management and purchasing procedures

  • Good knowledge of food and beverages service standards and POS system

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
