Team Lead Position involves overseeing the daily operations of a call center team.
This role is responsible for providing real-time support to assigned agents, ensuring they perform at their highest level. Regular performance feedback and coaching will be provided to each team member. Statistical analysis will also be used to improve overall team performance.
The Team Lead will also be responsible for writing and administering performance reviews for skill improvement.
