With our mission to provide one billion jobs across the globe, we are in need of a Product Quality Analyst who will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing on all our web applications. This process includes testing the entire functionality of our web applications, in multiple browsers and platforms, and reporting any issues and/or defects detected.

As a sneak peak of behind the scenes, you'll be able to:

• Test web and mobile applications with a strong focus on product requirements and product specification
• Employ a variety of testing methodologies such as Manual, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, and etc.
• Perform multi-platform, cross browser, and UI/UX testing to ensure consistency and usability
• Prepare test plans, peer-reviews, and execute on test cases to ensure product quality
• Create detailed bug and test reports
• Own and maintain product documentation to align on product expectations org-wide
• Take part in team's entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and actively provide insights on product quality and user experience enhancements
• Create and maintain automated test scripts
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in preparing test plans, executing test cases, and performing cross-browser, UI/UX testing
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and testing across operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) with attention to front-end quality
• Excellent detail orientation with the ability to document and align testing with product requirements
• Creative problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in the SDLC
