About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking passionate and customer-focused Healthcare Associates - Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team in Manila City Metro Manila. As a Healthcare Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from customers and providing assistance with a range of healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
- Responding to customer emails and messages, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their issues
- Updating customer records and maintaining detailed case notes to ensure seamless continuity of service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure compliance
- Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities
What we're looking for
- At least 3mos. to 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
