About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.' is seeking a motivated Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical and medical devices by proactively monitoring and reporting adverse events. What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and report adverse event and safety data
  2. Maintaining comprehensive records and databases to track and monitor pharmaceutical and medical device safety
  3. Preparing safety reports, signal detection analyses, and periodic safety update reports for regulatory authorities
  4. Providing support and guidance to healthcare professionals on proper medication usage and adverse event reporting
  5. Staying up-to-date with current pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and best practices
  6. Conducting literature reviews and research to identify and address potential safety concerns
  7. Collaborating with medical and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or medical affairs
  3. Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and project management
  6. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  7. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with pharmacovigilance software and databases
