Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for a wide range of IT and non-IT roles and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, supporting our recruiters and hiring managers by identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent. We value someone who is collaborative, provides timely updates, and brings innovative sourcing strategies to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Build and maintain a diverse, qualified, and engaged candidate pipeline across IT and non-IT roles.
• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives: identifying talent for future hiring needs, nurturing relationships with passive candidates, and strengthening networks.
• Develop strategies to attract and engage candidates before roles officially open.

Candidate Engagement

• Reach out to potential candidates with tailored, engaging messages.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and fit.
• Keep candidates engaged through regular communication, ensuring they remain connected to opportunities.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner closely with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, talent pipelines, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to align proactive sourcing strategies with long-term business needs.

Market Research & Tools

• Stay up to date on recruitment trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging tools.
• Leverage ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms to manage and track pipelines.
• Share insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and candidate expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing across IT and non-IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and use of recruitment tools/ATS.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new sourcing platforms and tools.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-role sourcing is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in is a plus.
