We are looking for a reliable and organized HR/Admin Supervisor to oversee daily human resources and administrative operations. This role is responsible for supervising HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and compliance, while also managing general office administration and supporting inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
2. Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
3. Support the implementation and compliance of HR policies, labor laws, and company rules.
4. Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
5. Address employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation of incidents.
6. Assist with performance evaluation processes and staff development planning.
Administrative:
1. Supervise day-to-day administrative functions and office operations.
2. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and safekeeping of HR and administrative records.
3. Monitor office and branch supplies, utilities, and facility maintenance requests.
4. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when needed.
5. Assist in planning company events, trainings, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR/Admin supervisory role.
Knowledge of labor laws, government compliance, and general HR practices.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., biometric, payroll, recruitment platforms).
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
