ABOUT EDEN'S GARDEN

Eden's Garden is a company based in the European Union, in the Czech Republic. The owners are a Czech–Filipino couple, Eden and Ondrej Pohan.

In the Czech Republic, we currently employ more than 50 Filipino staff across various positions in our wellness and spa business, making us one of the largest employers of Filipinos in this sector in the country.

At the beginning of next year, we are set to open a new boutique resort on Panglao Island (Bohol). The resort will feature 15 studios, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a restaurant, and a craft distillery currently under development.

Our primary focus will be to serve the Czech and broader European market through our in-house travel agency, offering curated travel experiences that connect our clients with the beauty and hospitality of the Philippines.

ROLE: RESORT MANAGER (FULL-TIME, ON-SITE)

You will lead day-to-day operations and build a high-performing team that delivers a consistently excellent guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Lead daily resort operations: accommodation, F&B, wellness, maintenance


• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise local staff; conduct performance reviews


• Maintain top-tier guest satisfaction (reviews, service standards, complaint handling)


• Oversee reservations, OTA channels, and revenue management (occupancy, ADR)


• Manage purchasing, supplier relations, and inventory control


• Maintain budgets, P&L oversight, and cost control (labor, utilities, COGS)


• Ensure compliance with H&S, hygiene, and local regulations


• Coordinate with ownership and the travel agency on campaigns and packages


• Prepare weekly operations reports and monthly KPI dashboards

REQUIREMENTS


• 3+ years in hotel/resort management or senior supervisor role


• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills


• Excellent English


• Solid grasp of PMS/OTA tools and basic revenue management


• Hands-on, organized, and calm under pressure


• Willing to live on Panglao full-time; able to start next year
