About the Role

MAGWAI is seeking an on-ground Territory Sales Agent in Panglao, Bohol to help expand and deepen our distribution in key tourist areas during the high season. This is an ideal sideline opportunity for someone who knows the local resort and retail landscape and wants to earn extra income with a flexible schedule.

As our eyes and hands on the ground, you'll work as a partner with a dedicated Sales Executive who will guide, coach, and support you throughout your journey. Together, you'll maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure product visibility, and acquire new accounts in your territory. You are also free to work autonomously to plan and execute your territory coverage strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Plan and visit existing client resorts regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with owners and managers
• Check inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs for MAGWAI products
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards are maintained
• Work closely with the key Sales Executive who has the remote relationship with existing clients

Business Development:

• Work closely with the key Sales Executive to brainstorm on new client acquisition approach
• Brainstorm, identify, and visit potential new clients including resorts, hotels, and souvenir shops in the Panglao area
• Present MAGWAI products to prospective clients to help close new accounts

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Fee: ₱4,000
• Transportation and Communication Allowance: ₱1,000 per month
• Commission: Earn additional income for every new client acquired (5% commission for first PO (applied to Vat-Ex amount) of new customers
• Flexibility: Set your own work schedule and methods
• Support: Receive guidance and coaching from our Sales Executive on product pitching and sales techniques

What We're Looking For

• Based in or near Panglao, Bohol with reliable transportation
• Familiar with the local resort, hotel, and retail landscape
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable visiting establishments and presenting products to owners/managers
• Has own tools: laptop and data connectivity
• Available to commit approximately 40 hours per month from November 2025 to April 2026
• Open to working with multiple clients (this is designed as a sideline role)
