  • Maintains the database of the support team
  • Encoding, filing, and organizing office documents such as reports
  • Making Quotation/Emails Etc.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping
  • Booking of orders
  • Assisting in the collection of payments from clients
  • Sourcing of Required Materials/Products as needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least an Associate Degree holder/graduate of two (2) year course
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Keen attention to details
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • A team player and has a willingness to learn
  • Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
